When using regional windows, try to keep the window rectangle reasonably close to the bounding box of the region itself.

リージョンを指定した場合は、いきなりリージョンとの比較をするのかと思ってましたが、まずはウィンドウ領域との比較をするんですね。って、そりゃ、そうか。(^^;
